Home Health Nurse (Fulltime/Per Diem)

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state in which practicing
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgement
1 year experience in Acute Care/Med-Surg preferred
Minimum 1 year experience as a nurse
Home Health Aide (Fulltime/Per Diem)
In this role, you will visit one or more patients throughout the day, providing direct care in their private residences. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, which are crucial aspects of the care we deliver.
You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, following a detailed plan of care that is tailored to each patient's specific needs. This plan will outline the care procedures you are expected to follow, ensuring that all care delivered is consistent with the medical directives and treatment goals set by the healthcare team.
